1.         The construction work of “Albus” resort will start in September 2008

2.         The apartments is due to finish by December 2010 .The owners and their clients will be invited to see and accept their apartments at the end of 2010

3.         The furnishing of the apartments is expected to be completed by March 2011

4.         The planting of the resort will be completed by March 2011

5.            Checking of all technical systems in the complex will be made by December 2010

6.         “Albus” resort  will open its doors to its first tourists in the summer of 2011

 

 Reservation of the apartments

 

All apartments in the resort will be sold off-plan.  Reservation of a property can be made immediately by transferring a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the final price of the property, by credit card or bank transfer to the bank account of the contracting authority; or this can be settled in cash. With this money, the apartment will be reserved until the beginning of the construction work in September 2008, when a pre-contract will be signed to the company by the investor.

 

Schedule of payments

 

1)      Standard schedule of payments

*5% deposit upon reservation of plot

*35% at the commencement of building work (planned September 2008)

*30% when the floor of your apartment floor is completed

*20% when the building reaches practical completion (estimated November 2009)

*10% when the entire building has been completed and Act 15 has been given for using the resort (estimated December 2010)

 

2)      Schedule of payments with early-payment discount

A 10% discount off the final price will be offered for all apartments bought through the following early-payment schedule:

*5% deposit upon reservation of plot

*85% at the commencement of building work (planned September 2008)

*10% when the entire building has been completed and Act 15 has been given for using the resort (estimated December 2010)

 

3)      Schedule for deferred payments

All apartments bought through the following deferred payment schedule will be sold at an additional mark-up of 10% on the original purchase price:

*5% deposit upon reservation of plot

*15% at the commencement of building work (planned September 2008)

*80% when the entire building has been completed and Act 15 has been given for using the resort (estimated December 2010)
