Pamporovo is one of the largest modern ski resorts built amidst the spectacular pine forests of the historic Rodopi Mountain range. It is located within the Perelik range (Boukova Planina) of the Western Rodopis in the stunning Orpheus Mountain area and benefits from excellent natural conditions ideal for starters and advanced skiers alike. The first resort development dates back to the 1960s and was completed with more style than most ski centres created around the world during that decade. The resort has managed to maintain a reputation for friendliness and claims to be Europe's sunniest ski resort with an average of 270 sunny days annually and is now known for its high value skiing, shopping and après-ski hotspots.
The resort features 17.5km of Alpine ski runs with different degrees of difficulty: 34 ski runs for long Nordic skiing equipped with six different chair lifts; off-piste skiing and snowboarding for advanced skiers and 13 ski drags with a total capacity of 9,500 skiers per hour. All the main runs start from the TV Tower at the Snejanka peak and modern ski equipment and experienced English-speaking instructors are available if required.
This luxury complex located in the famous ski resort is a four star development consisting of 104 luxury apartments, a bar/restaurant and a spa centre. Situated at 1,700m above sea level, the complex is set in a very tranquil, yet convenient location. It has been built to a high standard and has endeavoured to minimize the negative impact on the environment by using a wide range of natural materials and minimal deforestation.
The apartments are built within a single ‘U’ shaped, split level block of studios and one and two bedroom apartments and will be sold fully completed including fitted kitchen and bathroom, flooring, electrics, etc. Additional furniture is an optional extra. Access to the apartments is via two separate entrances with two staircases and two lifts and the main entrance is manned by a concierge and contains a spacious lobby area.
The restaurant is designed with a minimum seating capacity of 80 and additionally will be operating a full room service. The spa centre features a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym, showers/lockers and a treatment area and also contains areas designated for ski / snowboard / boots storage.
The complex also offers a number of parking spaces, lit paths, benches and a barbeque area. The development will be maintained by a management company which will provide a wide range of services such as 24/7 security, maintenance, laundry / cleaning services, minibus shuttle etc.
Floor areas and prices for individual apartments vary. Studios range from 42,050 euros, one bedroom apartments range from 54,150 euros and two bedrooms from 80,450 euros. Please contact us for a full price list and floor plans.
